1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is:
Sławomir Frost, Falkenstr. 44, 28195 Bremen, Deutschland
E-Mail: kontakt@unimor.pl
2. What data we process
- Server logs — On every visit the server automatically records technical data (IP address, time, browser, requested resource). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest — security and diagnostics).
- Contact form — Data submitted via the form (name, email, company, message) is processed solely to respond to your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and (f).
- Cookies / session — The website uses technically necessary session cookies (XSRF-TOKEN, session) to operate the form and ensure security (CSRF). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and § 25(2) TTDSG.
3. Email delivery
Messages from the form are delivered to our mailbox kontakt@unimor.pl (own server, OVH/HestiaCP hosting, EU territory).
4. Retention period
Form data is stored for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and then deleted — unless legal obligations (e.g. tax law) require a longer period. Server logs are rotated automatically.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (for Bremen: Die Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit der Freien Hansestadt Bremen).
6. Analytics / third-party tools
The website currently uses no analytics tools or third-party tracking scripts.
7. Data protection contact
For all matters concerning personal data, write to: kontakt@unimor.pl.
